I’m excited to announce something special for this September — documentary-style family photo sessions at Orchard Ridge Farm in Gorham, Maine!
There’s nothing more “Maine in the fall” than apple picking, and Orchard Ridge Farm is the perfect spot to make some family memories together. Do your kids get excited about finding the perfect apple? Or maybe they like sampling the apples instead of picking? Maybe saying hello to the chickens and running around the orchard is their favorite part.
Whatever apple picking is to your family, my goal is to capture those moments as they happen — the laughter, the mess, the sweetness — along with a few relaxed portraits so you have a mix of both. Think of me as a friend with a camera tagging along while your family enjoys a morning or afternoon on the farm.
You don’t have to worry about making the kids “behave” or telling everyone to smile at the camera. In fact, I’d love for you to forget about the camera entirely and just enjoy being together.
Make It a Day
Your photo session is just the beginning. After we wrap up, I encourage you to stay and explore the farm a little longer. Pick more apples, visit the chickens, stop by the farm store, and soak up all the best parts of a Maine fall day. I can’t wait to meet you at Orchard Ridge and capture your family’s story among the apple trees. 🍎💛
